Returns & Refunds

i. Customers are to carefully select their motorcycles to prevent the need for a return or exchange.

ii. After full or partial payment is made, Inti Deras Motors Sdn Bhd assumes that the customer has carefully considered and agreed upon the motorcycle specifications, and no cancellation or refund is allowed.

iii. At Inti Deras Motors Sdn Bhd, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer customers the opportunity to request a refund under the following conditions:

a. The motorcycle's VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) does not match the purchase agreement.

b. There are significant discrepancies between the advertised specifications and the delivered motorcycle.

iv. Inti Deras Motors Sdn Bhd will send customers a digital video or picture of the VIN and key features of the motorcycle before it is dispatched. Once the digital video or picture is agreed upon, no return is allowed to prevent fraudulent refunds.

v. Customers must contact Inti Deras Motors Sdn Bhd first before returning an item.
